I recently had brunch at Toast in Port Jefferson and it was a fantastic experience! The restaurant has recently moved to a new location but still had a cozy and charming ambiance as the other location in port jeff, with great natural lighting.
Food is bomb here. Great unique dishes and awesome ingredients. Can't get any better on the East end.
